At LN Essence, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
• To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lnessence.co.uk
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
